Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once processed, the package is shipped according to USPS delivery times.

During high-demand seasons (such as holidays, product launches, special events, or promotions), processing times may extend to 5 to 7 business days due to increased order volume.

💲 Shipping Cost

A flat shipping rate of $5.00 USD per order will be automatically added to your total at checkout.

📦 Shipping Responsibility

Once the package has been handed over to USPS, Pat Joyería is not responsible for delays, losses, theft, or any other issues related to the transportation of your package.

Please make sure to carefully verify your shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package in real time via the USPS website.
