⏳ Return Request Period

You have a period of 3 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Returns will not be accepted after this period.

📦 Return Conditions

The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, wear, or damage, and must include the original packaging.

All returns must be pre-approved. To do so, please contact us through our official channel providing your order number and reason for the return.

💸 Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund for the product price, excluding shipping costs.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method and may take between 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package arrives safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.
